• Kindly note that we are not holding any sleeping rooms at this point.

• Other charges incurred outside of the specified arrangements given above, will be on the personal account.

• We have the right to revise the package rate if the number of guests reduced or increased, you need to advise us in order for us to re-quote the package cost based on the new number of participants.

• Once the group is guaranteed, a cancellation will be charged for booking already made with the hotel.

• We have the right to revise the package rate if the travel dates fall on Super Peak Season, Public Holidays or Festivals.

Force Majeure:

Regent Travel shall not be refunded for failure to execute arrangements specified herein directly or indirectly occasioned by or through or in consequence of war, change of statuses of Philippine Government, strikes, riots, and acts of God or condition beyond the control of Regent Travel.
