What to wear:

• Any dry fit (or similar material) shirt for comfort.
• Outdoor shoes, trekking shoes, trail shoes or running shoes (slippers strongly discouraged).
• Helmet (bike or any sort), if you prefer to use your own.
• Polyester/trekking pants (short not really recommended due to the sharp grasses); you can also wear leggings.

What to bring:

• A change of clothes – in case of a bad weather and other problems
• Toiletries – insect repellent, alcohol, wipes
• Camera or video camera for souvenir shots
• Sun protection – hat, sun block, shades, long sleeve jersey
• Snack, seat, music player, book, stories jokes, fun energy, and a lot of patience while waiting
• Food, water – some of the area is in a remote location. It has cell phone signal though.

• Expectant mothers are strictly not allowed to travel for safety purposes.
• 3-day re-booking of policy (change of dates/schedule) once the booking has been confirmed and guaranteed.
